Before proceeding with purchase, please review our
handout for how to join a live Zoom training and read the
course page in its entirety to ensure your technology is adequate, and that you are familiar with how to join the Zoom Webinar prior to the Live Training start time. IMPACT will make every effort to provide technology support to registered participants who reach out to us via impacttechsupport@nwcenter.org through the duration of the live training event. However, arrival beyond the first 15 minutes of the live training event
due to failure to read through the information on the course page and provided handout prior to the live training start time will result in zero credit being awarded. Because of this, we recommend that you plan to join the training a few minutes ahead of time to ensure you are able to connect. Please also note this training is not recorded and therefore can only be viewed live at the time of the training event.
