Building a More Inclusive Future: IMPACT’s 2024 Year in Review

As early childhood educators, we share a powerful mission: to create inclusive, high-quality learning environments where every child belongs. At IMPACT, we are committed to supporting educators like you with the knowledge, tools, and strategies to make this vision a reality. As we reflect on 2024, we’re proud to share the progress we’ve made together toward increasing access to inclusive early learning.

Expanding Access to Professional Development for Early Childhood Educators

IMPACT services are now available nationwide through our online school, making on-demand training available whenever and wherever educators need it. With a focus on inclusion and supporting children with disabilities and challenging behaviors, our courses have empowered professionals across the country—and beyond. We now have learners enrolled from 40 states and 12 countries, and we are excited to continue growing our community of like-minded educators in the years ahead.
In addition to our online courses, we provided live professional development trainings to early learning programs and were honored to present at several state and national conferences, including:
  • Seattle Infant Conference
  • Infant and Early Childhood Conference (IECC)
  • National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) Professional Learning Institute
  • Zero to Three Conference
  • Seattle Archdiocese INSPIRE Conference
  • Washington Association for the Education of Young Children (WAEYC) annual conference

Making an Impact: By the Numbers

Through our courses, live trainings, and coaching, IMPACT trained 3,409 early childhood professionals in 2024, reaching an estimated 41,000 children. Our participants included early childhood educators, early intervention therapists, home visitors, elementary educators, early childhood coaches, and parents and caregivers. We are honored to have received an overall 99% satisfaction rating for our on-demand courses and live trainings, affirming the value of evidence-based, practical strategies for educators in real-world classrooms.
